We designed the Outdoor Gym Initiative based on the Well-Rounded Exercise Program (WREP) methodology, which incorporates key elements essential for promoting overall health. Aerobic fitness improves heart, lung, and vascular efficiency, while muscle strength training enhances muscle mass, bone density, and metabolism. Core exercises strengthen stability and posture, aiding in daily movements, and balance training helps prevent injuries by enhancing coordination and control. Free Access : The outdoor gyms are accessible to everyone, with no fees required. Users can utilize the facilities at any time, making it convenient for all, including housewives, professionals, and students.
